Several times a week my schedule is booked with Buyer Consults. Here’s what goes down during these meetings:

• Typically, we meet up at a *local* coffee place

• Then, we’ll chat about the home buying process. It may seem complex, but I’ll simplify it for you and provide a guide. From finding your dream home to making an offer and getting your keys, we’ll cover all the bases.

From the moment I met my client in a coffee shop in Hickory, I just knew I had found a new friend! She was visiting family in Boone and it was the halfway point from Charlotte, so we chatted and instantly connected. She told me she had moved away from Charlotte 20+ years ago to live a beautiful life in Cali … only to find herself wanting to move back. So thankful for that connection! Sometimes it’s an easy as that: coffee, conversation & building that relationship!
