This growing family has found the perfect place to call home!! As first-time buyers, sometimes it can be tricky to be patient. 🌷 PRE-MARKET SPRING RUSH 🌷

The nuances of the micro-markets within the DMV is key to the listing strategy. Every property is not the same, and determining the right strategy for your listing matters! We knew the sought-after area of Kemp Mill would have pent up demand since there is so little inventory. We refreshed the home, priced it just right, and pounded the pavement pre-market to make sure everyone who might have buyers would know that we were coming to market. Before we could make the listing live, we had multiple offers in hand!

TURNING 🥈 INTO 🥇

After a few months on the market with a different brokerage, got a call to offer our thoughts on how to re-launch and sell this great 4 🛏️ 4 🛁 row home with an elevator, amazing roof deck + 2 🏎️ garage.
We put our heads together, brought in our fab collaborators + , & timed everything just right for the top of spring market.

Within two weeks, we had a great offer in hand, moving from silver to gold! We’re so happy that we were able to help our seller achieve his goals!
