If you've been thinking about selling your lakefront condo and waiting for the "right" moment — the data says the moment is now.

Heading into summer, luxury condo inventory is the tightest it's been in a decade. A few years ago, condos over $1.5M could sit with 30-plus months of supply. Today it's closer to 5 or 6. In the $800K-and-up range, well-priced condos are going under contract in about a week, and many sell over asking. Even at the very top of the market, luxury that used to take three to six months to sell is now moving in roughly seven weeks.

And the May slowdown everyone braces for? It didn't happen this year. Buyers are active, and there simply aren't enough quality listings to meet them.
