He and his partners opened a boutique brokerage in 2006 (Real Living Helios Realty) where he served as a Sales Manager and Director. His residential sales career has exceeded $375 million which has consistently earned him recognition the Chicago Association of Realtors as a "Top Producer" (2007-2024). His vast knowledge of Chicago's neighborhoods and nearby suburbs ("UrbanBurbs"), along with his experience with home design and construction, has made him a highly sought-after Realtor by both buyers and sellers. is currently a associate with and is the team lead for his group, “JimB. JimB.'s previous work experience was in advertising and two of Chicago's top agencies. This honed his skills and taught him how to provide the best service to his clients. I'm going to try and get outta the house a little more and see what trouble I can get into. Every neighborhood seems to be waking up, and there's no excuse to hide indoor (well... at least until it gets to be 100+ out!)
