Happy would be an understatement ✨

August was so good to me! Jamaica was my first trip out of the country since living in Slovakia over a decade ago and it was more rewarding than I could have imagined.

I learned that I need to take more time for myself and the activities and people I love.

I also learned that hard work pays off because Real Estate Chicago | Baird & Warner & I have a listing coming soon and I got an organic lead from IG (iykyk) 🙌🏼

August was a month of growth and I’m so excited to see what the rest of the year brings!

Lowering your offer price isn’t the flex you think it is 👀

Most buyers think, “Let’s lowball and see what happens.”

❌ 9 times out of 10 cutting the purchase price won’t get you the savings you actually care about.
