Don't Hire a Listing Agent - Until you've asked them these questions:

1. What is your list to sales ratio?
This tells you how close their seller clients get to their asking price.

My list to sale ratio is 103% over list price - over the past 14 years!

2. What is your average days on market for your listings?
This tells you how well your agent markets your home from the start and how accurately they have priced it.

My average days on market is 6 or less - over the past 14 years!

3. What's your market plan for my home?
This should provide the details of how your agent will market your home to gain exposure to the most potential buyers.
