The biggest mistake move-up buyers make isn’t choosing the wrong house... it’s shopping for houses before creating a plan for selling the one they’re already living in.

The next home is only half the equation. Timing, equity, proceeds, possession dates, and making sure you don’t accidentally become roommates with your in-laws for a month matter too. 👀
