I became a Realtor because I love helping people make their dream of home ownership a reality, especially in Durango. I was fortunate enough to be born and raised here and can’t imagine a better place to own a home. or Trimester Abroad program and spent six months studying business in Europe. After earning my Bachelor’s Degree, I spent a summer in Minnesota working for Outward Bound. My time away from Durango was just the experience I needed to realize that this amazing, unique community is where I want to live, work and raise my family. Although this community has a lot to offer, breaking into the housing market can be tough. I pride myself is providing my clients with hard work and exceptional dedication, always looking out for their best interests. Turns out when she helped me make my profile video (see pinned post) last fall we were really manifesting her dreams, because I really did get to hand over the keys to their new house today!!! This wonderful family trusted me with the purchase of their first home where their family grew and eventually outgrew. Together, we were able to sell that home and simultaneously purchase their much roomier place, where they can continue to expand their goals. Welcome home! 🏡

Today we closed on a precious home in Ignacio that I was able to list for sale with the assistance of my colleague .balboni while I was in a road trip to Alaska with my family. These repeat clients of mine felt extremely taken care of even while I was on the road, and I was fortunate enough to be able to gift them a closing gift of the sockeye salmon I caught while on the Kenai. So now they get to relax after all they’re moving with a delicious meal! Happy clients is the biggest success of all. 🥂✨🫶🏻
