Hello Clients, Friends & Family, to set some possible mis-information straight of late…..

First off, Colin and I want to wish all of you a Happy Easter and let you know we are here for you, your questions, confusions, any needs you may have, but first and foremost we can’t say it better then “there is nothing new under the sun”…we have always protected our sellers and our buyers as Clients, family and friends, period! The “news” is not always what it reads or seems ….our wage (ie:commission) has ALWAYS been negotiable (not an industry standard) In my 40 years in this business, I have had occasion many times to not have the seller pay the entire transaction fee but have negotiated my fee from only the buyer, or split it equally from seller & buyer, or in other many occasions, I have chosen to have NO FEE ( pro-bono) in order to help those that have gotten into a difficult situation, I have always firmly believed “do what you love and are passionate about and the money will come” I have taught my partner and son, Colin Hughes, that exact same way of business ( anyone that has worked with us knows for a fact we are on our hands and knees painting, caulking, cleaning, replacing anything to make you have a better return on your investment!
So about all the talk on the street…contrary to belief not much has changed, at least not with us, except the paperwork making sure everyone knows the playing field, rules, law and what is best for all parties. We, Colin and myself have been here and always will be here to advise, help, get right down and dirty, to HELP SERVE our clients bottom line, we will continue to be NO DIFFERENT. You are everything to use and we serve you!

Ice Damns are not a good thing especially with sun on top of Sun and freezing temp makes ice under snow on roofs and creates wicking behind walls and sometimes beyond just damage …collapse look at your ice cycles and see if u need to pay attention. Can use hosiery and hosiery knee sock filled with ice-melt thrown lengthwise across ice area. Google snow removal of ice damns for professional in the area also. ❄️❄️❄️❄️goodluck Saturday more snow.
