Fall may be one of the better times to buy a home and not just because of mortgage rates.
As we head toward fall, buyers often start to see something they haven’t had much of in recent years: more choices, less competition, and a little more negotiating room.
That doesn’t mean every home is a bargain. Real estate is very local, and the opportunities can look completely different from one neighborhood to the next.
After more than 26 years helping buyers and sellers in our area, I’ve learned that sometimes the best opportunity isn’t when everyone else thinks the market is perfect — it’s when you have more room to make a thoughtful decision.
If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines and wondering whether this fall changes anything for you, I’m always happy to talk it through.
