We're talking emails, financial documents, and sensitive personal information that could become accessible to third-party AI tools.
Before connecting anything, check your brokerage policies, permissions, and data access.
Just because you CAN automate something doesn't mean you SHOULD.

Lofty CRM now has tools to help you check whether AI is recommending you.
My advice? Search the questions your ideal clients are actually asking. If you're not showing up, start creating content that answers those questions.
SEO is the foundation. It's just not the whole house anymore.

You guys, this is a question I've been thinking about, and the funny part is I genuinely don't know the answer yet.
Knowing everything I know now about real estate CRMs, lead management, automation, and building systems that actually work for Realtors, would I make the same decision?
That's something I want to take a closer look at.
And I'm curious what you guys think.

I genuinely don't know yet.
And that's exactly why I'm going to spend the next few months figuring it out.
I'm going to dig into Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, CINC, Sierra, GoHighLevel, Top Producer, and whatever else you guys think I need to look at.
Not just watch demos or compare feature lists. I want to actually get into these platforms, use them, and see what they can do.
I've already gotten access to BoldTrail, and I'm working on getting into Follow Up Boss next.
So here's where I need your help.
If you're using one of these CRMs, what's the ONE thing it does that I absolutely need to see?

We're not voting on the best CRM. We're figuring out where I need to start digging.
