✨ TWO SOLD this week and what a way to kick off the new year ✨

One of these homes sold as our sellers made the move out of state to be closer to family. This is one a very common reason people move, and honestly one of my favorites to be part of. Being near the people who matter most is priceless, and it’s an honor to help clients through that transition.

The second property was a reminder that sometimes it’s not about if a home will sell, it’s about finding the right buyer. After a few contracts didn’t make it to the closing table, the right buyer showed up, put in the work, and made it happen. Seeing both sides reach the finish line was incredibly rewarding.

Real estate isn’t about winning against the other party it’s about working together to get everyone to a great ending. Grateful for awesome clients and a strong start to the year. 🏡✨
