The wait is worth it!✨

After competing in a competitive spring market, S and R are finally under contract on their dream home in their dream location!

Their patience went a long way and it paid off for them ten fold! With strict criteria, like staying within a specific elementary school for their children, their competition was fierce but they came out on top!

After using what they learned about the spring market and the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District real estate market, they came back this fall prepared to compete.

Beating out several other offers for a home that was only on the market a few days, this family is excited to be settled in their new home just in time for fall nights and trick-or-treating. 🍂🎃
