Two closings. Two low appraisals. Two successful sales.🙏🏽🏡
If you’ve ever bought or sold a home, you know that a low appraisal can stop a deal in its tracks. It can create stress, uncertainty, and a whole lot of difficult conversations.
Recently, I had two separate transactions - one in Windham and one in Westbrook; where low appraisals became major obstacles. But instead of letting the deals fall apart, we stayed focused on finding solutions. One we even had to switch lenders in order to get the deal done!
The lender you choose matters. The agent you choose matters. When challenges come up (and they often do), you need professionals who know how to problem-solve, communicate, negotiate, and keep things moving forward.
Real estate isn’t about avoiding obstacles. It’s about knowing how to navigate them.
