Nicki Strunk Realtor at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services I am a real estate agent in the Northwest Ohio area. I am proud to say I have lived here all my life. I believe happy home owners make successful communities!

I am familiar with Findlay and the surrounding small communities as far north as Toledo. The purpose of this page is for you to get to know me better in my role as a Realtor. My intentions are to share my background in the housing industry, my knowledge of the local real estate market, some home maintenance tips and to share my gardening skills with you. Above all it is for you to get to know my personality and my strengths. I feel very strongly that all real estate transaction should be done with an agent that you are completely comfortable with. The need to buy or sell real estate comes at various crossroads in life. Those crossroads always carry strong feelings with them. Maybe it is a promotion or a growing family that put you in the market to look for an agent. Or perhaps it is an unexpected relocation or even the loss of a loved one that is driving the need. In between these extremes is 101 more reasons, the bottom line is that they are all personal. They all carry feelings with them and that demands privacy and respect.
