Adams County is still staying pretty active heading into summer.

Right now:

🏠 Inventory has improved slightly (12 new listings)

⏳ Homes are averaging around 30–50 days on the market (23 sold recently)

For sellers:

Well-maintained and move-in ready homes are still getting strong attention when priced correctly.

There are a few more opportunities out there right now compared to the last couple of years, which can make the process feel a little less stressful.
