So here’s exactly what it looks like to build with PDR Homes from day one to move-in day:

1️⃣ MEET THE TEAM AND SIGN YOUR CONTRACT
You’ll sit down with our sales team, get your questions answered, and lock in your home and lot.

2️⃣ MAKE YOUR SELECTIONS
This is where your home starts becoming yours. Flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures — you choose the details that matter to you.

3️⃣ PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING
Before a single shovel hits the ground, you’ll meet with your project manager to walk through every detail of your build so everyone is on the same page.

4️⃣ PRE-DRYWALL WALKTHROUGH
You’ll walk the framed structure of your home before the walls close up — so you can see exactly what’s going inside them.

5️⃣ PRE-SETTLEMENT DEMONSTRATION
Your project manager walks you through every system in your home so you know exactly how everything works before you move in.

6️⃣ PRE-CLOSING WALKTHROUGH
A final walk to make sure everything is exactly right before keys change hands.

7️⃣ 120-DAY POST-CLOSING WALKTHROUGH
We come back. Because our relationship doesn’t end at settlement.

Start to finish, most builds take 7 to 10 months. And from day one to day one in your new home, you’ll have a team that communicates, shows up, and delivers.
