Some days in real estate are good… and some days completely take your breath away. Today was one of those days. 🥹✨

FOUR closings in ONE day, professional photos for a brand new listing, AND showing a stunning $1.2 million property on 2 acres… all in the same day. I honestly do not even have the words for how grateful, excited, humbled, and incredibly honored I feel right now.

Behind every closing is a family starting a new chapter, a seller trusting me with one of their biggest investments, countless conversations, negotiations, late nights, prayers, problem solving, and teamwork. And somehow today all of those moments collided into the most insanely amazing day of my real estate career. ❤️

Eastbound Main Street will be closed between 3rd and 5th Street for two days for underground utility work. The closure begins at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, April 23. The road is expected to reopen by 7 a.m. Saturday, April 25. Westbound Main Street will not be affected.

Detour signs posted:
- Traffic on eastbound Main Street will be detoured south on 3rd Street, east on Elm Street and north on 5th Street.

Please use caution in the work zone and consider using Waze to find alternate routes.
