Real estate has my focus this morning and I’m ready to help anyone who’s been thinking about buying or selling around Grand Lake, Vinita, & the NEOK area. 🏡

Yesterday I spent the day in Bartlesville training with Keller Williams, diving into chartmasters, and learning new ways to help my clients have better, more confident conversations about pricing, value, and long-term goals. Im seriously so excited to use this tool in our current market!

Today we are heading to Grove for a roof inspection and to meet a customer for a puppy deposit 🥹😍 (i have 3 more pups available 🫣)
Then we’ll catch up with the P1 crew at a supply luncheon before finishing the day back in Vinita with another roof inspection & wrestling practice for the oldest boy! 🧱🤼‍♂️🏠🏡

It’s a busy day full of growth, family(peep the kiddos at The Gathering Place over fall break😍🎃), and good work. I wouldn’t have it any other way. ✨

My life lately looks like football fields, cheer bows, a house that still doesn’t feel fully unpacked, and a mom who’s doing her best to remember what day it is 😅🏈🎀📣🏡

But it’s also full of community, growth, and a whole lot of gratitude for the people around me.✨️🫶🥹

Every time I think I’m running behind, someone from my little village reminds me I’m right on time. 🫶

It’s been a minute, yall!

Two moves, a new town, football, cheer, coaching, new routines, new everything. I’ve unpacked the same boxes twice and learned how to start over more than once this year. 😅

I took a real break. Not the kind where you still sneak in work between everything else. The kind where you just focus on your kids, your people, your peace, and getting grounded again. But that fire never left. It’s just been waiting for me to breathe again.

I’m back around Grand Lake, Vinita & Miami helping families find their next chapter.
This season isn’t about starting over. It’s about showing up with clearer goals, stronger boundaries, and a heart that’s ready to build again. 🖤
