But that productivity shot through the roof . 😎 Here’s How 👇🏽

A couple of weeks ago, a small group from our brokerage was deep into a Mastermind session talking about what it REALLY takes to be successful in real estate today.
Then… BOOM. 💥 No internet.
For a second, everything we were using was suddenly unavailable. No online research. No quick searches. No digital resources. No Note taking.. Nothing. 📵
But instead of letting the outage shut us down, we pivoted.
We put the laptops aside, pulled from the knowledge and experience already in the room, started brainstorming, role-playing real-life scenarios, sharing strategies, and talking through what was actually working in our businesses. No AI to give us ideas, or prove someone wrong.💡
It gets better…
The conversation got DEEPER, The mastermind was actually being led by “Our MINDS” 🤯
That little disruption reminded me of three things:
1. Always be prepared to operate online AND offline.
2. When possible, have someone troubleshoot the problem while everyone else keeps moving.
3. Have a backup connection ready hotspot, secondary Wi-Fi, (T-Mobile box)… whatever keeps the business running.
But the biggest lesson?
Never let a lost connection make you lose momentum. Keep going. Especially if you set that time aside to get the work done… “JUST DO IT”
Real estate is still built on conversations, relationships, knowledge, creativity, problem solving, and the ability to adjust when the original plan goes sideways. Be Resourceful.
Plans change. Technology fails. Deals shift. Successful entrepreneurs PIVOT.
