Liberty Realty is a leading real estate agency with several offices in Hoboken and Jersey City, NJ. We offer a full range of services pertaining to property rental, sale, relocation, and investment opportunities within the exciting Hudson County area. As Regional Director, I wear many hats and help manage the productivity of our hundreds of agents in each of our busy offices, and am responsible for managing many of Liberty’s business development undertakings. Just like our offices, my job is fast-paced and multifaceted and each day involves some of the following:

- Recruit, train and acclimate new agents to the company/

- Keep on cutting edge of marketing trends and techniques/

- Streamline marketing process for all agents/

- Manage expectations of all agents and clients in a professional manner/

- Prepare and offer in-house training classes to Liberty agents free of charge/

- Implement various off-site training and marketing events throughout the year/

- Upgrade offices and infrastructure to stay at the leading edge of the competition/

- Evaluate, apply strategy, and upgrade company website and internet presence as needed/

- Responsible for the company’s online reputation management/

- Work closely with the management team to ensure agent success/

- Plan for future growth and development of the company/

- Maintain full-service online database for agents to work ideally from any place at any time/

- Discover/ develop new & innovative tools for Liberty agents to maintain an advantage over the competition/

- Nurture a personal business relationship with over 300 agents, In order to act as a coach and mentor. Liberty is expanding and we are always looking for new talent to join the team at every level. We don’t get out to many parties, but when we do, it’s at Steve & Lori Silverman’s beautiful home in Monmouth Beach. Kind of tough to explain just how great their parties are, but having Bryan Adams performing in the backyard was pretty epic. What else could we do but thank them with a special VIP delivery of a classic cheesecake with graham cracker crust from !

A special something is cooking in the heart of Asbury Park! just a few minutes west of Cookman Ave & Main St. MacroBites is a community based restaurant with fresh food and also provides an abundance of support for the local community. Owners David (), Jarrette and Fritz are the real deal. They are using their life experience and journey to run a successful business, while helping as many people as possible. Very inspirational. We enjoyed their breakfast, but they were also barbecuing outside for lunch, so had to also try the kabobs!. Great stuff.

Had a great time in sizzling downtown Princeton (95 degrees), collaborating with broker/ manager of our Princeton office, (Nick also oversees the Pennington office). We enjoyed a solid cheeseburger (perfectly caramelized cheese) and traded information on the local real estate market.

When I went to bed on Wednesday, December 3rd, Liberty Realty and Corcoran Sawyer Smith were respectful, friendly competitors. Less than 24 hours later, we became ONE family of more than 450 real estate professionals. The dynamic acquisition of Liberty Realty by Corcoran Sawyer Smith culminated in the Grand Opening at 1 Marine View Plaza in Hoboken. When opened up in Asbury Park last November, it was a monumental shift for me. Finally, a community market with top quality locally sourced brands, featuring a wide variety of almost everything - especially for a relatively small market. Not only that, their prepared breakfast and lunches are fresh and delicious (soups too). Great option for all of us! A fantastic new business is only as good as the people who run it and work there. That’s where The Flying Pig really connects with the Asbury Park vibe. Go see for yourself.

The annual Asbury Park St. Patrick’s Day parade raised the bar again. Finally no rain or snow and a balmy 66 degrees! First, I had to stop off at two of my favorite AP hot spots, (to say hi to Tina) and to the new and popular . Great to see my buddy with his custom built dune buggy in the !

Leaving Asbury Park is a task, but not when you wind up at Tiny Topiary in Jersey City. This new business is a cute cafe with fresh baked products and located on rapidly developing Monticello Ave in the McGinley Square section of JC. Much respect to fellow Corcoran agent, Sawyer Smith, and now proud business owners Jason and Lynne!

Spent some time at A Cup of Literature in Asbury Park and it’s exactly the kind of place that makes this community so special.

Great food, great drinks, shelves full of books, pet-friendly, and even a love for yoga. Honestly, what more could you ask for?
