Gary has been licensed in the State of Washington since 1988 first working for Richard James Realtors. In 1991 Gary joined Windermere Real Estate in Edmonds, Washington a quaint waterfront community just North of Seattle. Gary developed a niche in his marketplace marketing and selling exclusive-high end homes and estates and remaining at the top of his field until his first move to Utah. He opened

an office in Orem, Utah just south of Salt Lake City. Gary now had the opportunity of ownership in a Real Estate brokerage and brokering an office. After ten years of success in Utah Gary and his wife Anna decided to move back to Seattle and start the next chapter of their lives. Gary worked out of the Seattle-Lakeview office until 2020. Gary moved back to Utah where he looks forward to helping past and future clients with their Real Estate needs. Gary is comfortable in all price ranges, along with his expertise in high-end marketplace in Utah.
