Home sales in Huntsville for the month of May increased in new listings, pending sales, and prices, with median prices rising around 7% for single-family homes and 3.4% for condos. Days on market lengthened slightly to 51, inventory grew, and the market showed steady demand. Townhouse and condo activity declined in new listings but saw price stability and slight sales growth.

The fun part of real estate

REPAIRS

First inspector missed a jack in the crawlspace but found mold spores 🤷🏻‍♀️ Buyers backed out

Second inspector reported a jack in the crawlspace and now my seller is paying for structural work to get us to the closing table.

Those mold spores

Well, the remediation company only removed insulation and treated half the crawlspace and still waiting on them to complete the job that my seller has already paid for.
