The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is excited to announce that plans are officially underway for our 2026 Trunk-or-Treat!

📅 Thursday, October 29, 2026
⏰ 6:00–8:00 p.m.
📍 Westminster Presbyterian Church
5744 Oakwood Road, Huntsville
(Across from the MCSO Training Center)

Bring the family, wear your favorite costumes and join us for a safe evening of Halloween fun with members of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office!

This year, all candy distributed during the event will be provided by the Sheriff’s Office and through generous donations from our community. Local businesses, organizations and community members wishing to help may donate unopened, individually wrapped candy at any of the following locations:

🍬 MCSO Training Center: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
🍬 MCSO Criminal Investigations Division: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
🍬 Your child’s school: Candy may be given directly to one of our School Resource Officers.

Traffic Safety Deputies will be on-site to assist with traffic flow and parking. Designated parking areas and sidewalks will provide families with safe access to the event area.

Students are back in the classroom TODAY (Aug. 5), and HPD's School Resource Officers (SROs) are ready to welcome them.
