A proclamation for Gun Violence Awareness, and big item being the rezoning of 5.4 acres of land in Iowa City's N Governor St. This is to change zoning to allow higher density development. Public comment in opposition, but the resolution passed 6-1.
Approval for an application for funds for emergency housing services from Shelter House, our local emergency shelter, and assessment of fines for businesses that failed the annual underage to***co test from the Iowa City Police department.
