Most people searching for more space in Jacksonville, FL are looking at the same neighborhoods as everyone else.
These are the 3 I send clients to when they're looking for huge backyards (aka room for a pool, pups, playsets, and your “I swear I’ll start gardening” era).
St. Augustine, FL: If you’re open to a little drive, you can find bigger lots and more breathing room—plus you get that historic-coastal charm when you’re not busy mowing.
Mandarin: Known for larger lots and established neighborhoods, so you’re more likely to score real yard space (and still have easy access to I-295 for getting around town).
Middleburg: If you’re open to a bit more space outside the city, Middleburg is a go-to for bigger lots, newer builds, and that “I can actually breathe back here” backyard energy.
If you're searching for homes in Jacksonville, FL and want to know where to look, I've got you.
