Please stop saying you’re ready to buy a house when you haven’t even checked your REAL credit.

And NO… Credit Karma is not your mortgage score.

Go check your credit:

✔ IdentityIQ

If your score is a 500, that’s OK. No judgment.

But don’t tell me you’re ready for house shopping when what you really need is a GAME PLAN 😅

I honestly cannot believe it I had over 70 consultations for the H2H program last week! I sent every ALMOST 50% of them to my preferred lender,Sandy Seymour… and I be DAMN, only TWO people got pre-approved. TWO! ‼️

Look, here’s what got me MAD. I posted a video clearly telling y’all your credit needed to be above a 600. But 98% of you had credit below 550. It pi**ed me off because nobody followed directions. You call in, I ask the very first question “What’s your credit score?” and you hit me with “I don’t know.” My pressure went through the roof. What the S**T?!

The best thing you can do right now is go to Experian.com It’s free for seven days. They pull all three credit bureaus so you’ll actually know where you stand.‼️‼️

And the few who did get pre-approved had every excuse in the world, I swear. Look, I’m sorry but I’m a brutally honest person. I’m really good at what I do and I fight hard for you, but this has to stop.
Know your credit. Focus on your credit before you do anything not just buying a home. Whether you’re buying a car, applying for a loan, or getting a credit card… know your s**t first.

I’m not here to judge anybody, but when you’re going for one of the biggest purchases of your life and I give you specific instructions, you gotta follow them. Every time you apply with a lender and they pull your credit, it costs.

I really want us to do better. Know your numbers before you start applying. Listen to the instructions and watch the full video or whatever is given to you.

💰 G Wagon: “Show me luxury only. Waterfront. Gated. Don’t waste my time.”

🛺 Golf Cart: “So quick question… can I buy with a 512, two repos, a new job, and faith?” 😭

Listen… I love ALL my clients 😂 but some journeys are express lane and some… well… POE route 🤣
