Today we closed on this beautiful pool home, and I'm so excited for my sellers. They took incredible care of this property over the years, and it showed. Buyers noticed immediately—we received multiple offers the first weekend on the market and set a new open house attendance record for me.

One of my favorite parts of this sale came from a fun marketing idea. We hid dinosaur figurines throughout the listing photos, and the buyers later shared that their dinosaur-loving son spotted them and couldn't stop looking at the listing. Between the hidden dinosaurs and the "sparkly" pool, he was already imagining life there.

The dinosaurs may have grabbed his attention, but the sellers' hard work, thoughtful updates, and pride of ownership are what truly made this home stand out.
