Some clients that I worked with a few years back reached out in December after having suffered the loss of a parent. They would be inheriting her mother's property and wanted to get it sold quickly so they didn't have to continue managing the property. They recruited friends and worked incredibly hard to prepare it for showings. We navigated the probate process, got it listed in January, found a buyer in February, and closed it in March. My clients did an amazing job with probate, emptying the property, and everything else in between. Thanks for always being a joy to work with! Even in times of grief.
