It would appear in this case there is some disagreement between the neighbors as to exactly whose grass that is and where exactly is the property line! Speaking of AI, I use it for a lot, including research and creating marketing material. One of the things I had it do for me yesterday was summarize the CCR's (Covenants, conditions, and restrictions) for a subdivision where one of my clients is considering purchasing a lot. Now, I'm well known among my clients as being someone who is quick to point out that I am not an attorney. It would seem that Claude has the same policy! 😀

Here I sit 72 years old having fun dealing in real estate. However, my bones are getting a little old. I sat down at my desk this morning to get started on today and I told Siri to turn on the office lights. She did that for me, which I appreciated, but then I was feeling a little tired as I sat down, mainly from taking these two out to p*e at 3 o'clock in the morning and then not getting back to sleep for an hour and a half. So I said to myself, well s**t. Siri was still listening and she said I don't know how to respond to that. I said well that's because you're not old and tired. This is how she responded.🤣
