Some of you may recall a couple of months ago I completed my SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) 16hr course work. Along with that, I had also completed my course work for Estates, Trusts, and Probate. Something, for some reason, was steering me to complete these courses, because just in the last few weeks I have had the opportunity to help not one, not two, but three clients dealing with estates and having to sell their aging parents' properties, one of which just went through the long process of probate.

So thankful! I feel so much more confident assisting and advising my clients. It's a complicated but very delicate situation in all three of these scenarios. And when you or your loved ones are faced with something similar, I'm here for you, too!
