🏡 UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

This one is extra special because it's a reminder that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes.

A former coworker reached out when it was time to help sell his mom and stepfather's mobile home after they had both moved into nursing homes. Between working full-time, caring for his parents, and settling into his own new home, he simply didn't have the time or energy to manage the process.
