A huge congratulations to Matt’s clients on officially closing on the sale of their Maryland home as they make their move to Pennsylvania! 🎉🥂

This was no ordinary move. Matt helped his clients navigate buying and selling at the same time AND in two different states! 🏡➡️🏡

With a home to sell in Maryland and a new home to purchase in Pennsylvania, there were a lot of moving pieces to coordinate. From keeping the two transactions moving forward to communicating with the different parties involved, Matt was there to help his clients navigate the process and keep their big-picture goals in focus. 🤝💛

Buying and selling at the same time can be a lot to manage on its own. Add a state line in the middle, and there’s even more to coordinate! But with the right guidance and plenty of communication, these clients were able to successfully make their move from MD to PA. 🙌
