🏡❤️ Today was a special settlement day! ❤️🏡

I had the privilege of helping my childhood friend’s mom and her husband sell their home as they begin their next chapter in Florida. I’ve known their family since I was about 7 years old, so being trusted to guide them through this process meant a lot to me.

What made it even more special is that their son, who is a Realtor in the Las Vegas Valley, reached out to me the moment he knew they were planning to sell. That kind of trust is something I never take for granted.

God has a way of placing people in our lives for a reason, and sometimes those relationships come full circle in the most beautiful way. ❤️

I’ve known this incredible family since I was a teenager. I’ve sat around their table, been prayed for, encouraged, and loved throughout my own journey of walking with the Lord.

Years later, during a major life transition, I was honored to sit with them once again and this time to listen to their goals, guide them through the process, protect their interests, and help them navigate the sale of the home they loved for the last 15 years.
