💜 Now THAT was a PHenomenally Sweet Happy Hour! 🥂🎉

We wrapped up our Collaboration Over Competition Challenge in Las Vegas last night, and the evening reminded me why we’re building this community.

We talked.

We laughed.

We learned more about one another.

We reflected on what we’d experienced during the Collaboration Over Competition Challenge and talked about the vision for our Las Vegas Chapter.

And then something beautiful happened.

With newer agents at the table, the conversation naturally became:

“How can we help?” 🤝🏾💜

Women began sharing knowledge, experiences, ideas, and resources that could help another woman move forward.

THAT is Collaboration Over Competition.

Not collecting contacts.

Not walking into a room wondering, “What can I get?”

But connecting, building relationships, and asking, “How can we grow together?”
