Mobile Home Listing on the West side.

Some deals might look bad at a first sight, but if you look a little deeper you might realize that is not bad at all.
Once you verify that all the mechanical parts like water heather, furnace and A/C are in good working condition, the deal is half way there!
Cosmetic stuff is not a big deal, but still you want to get it for the right price.

Few Wishes and some Wisdom

We all have a learning curve and I definitely recommend to get started even if you don't have 100% of the knowledge you imagine that you need.
Many things I had to learn with experience and this is definitely the best way to learn, but one thing that I learned above all is that we should invest in people first, and then the rest. My first mentor used to say "I invest in men and land, in that order." and he was so right!
I'll definitely make a video about this philosophy.

Mobile Homes Investing Myths Debunked.

These are the biggest 3 things the people doesn't get right:
- Mobile Homes are low margins. Wrong! You just don't know how to do it or expect to make a million dollars every deal
- The assumption that there's no financing available. Wrong! Not only I work with 3 different lenders, I'm building my own network of lenders!
