Sometimes, home sales move along beautifully...and sometimes they just don't ;)

This one was a bit of a challenge, but we got it done, finally. After a 5+ month escrow (yes, it was a record setter), lot of effort from myself, the buyer, the lender (shoutout to Brett Robinson of Origin Point) and the rest of the parties, we got this one CLOSED. The new owner is ready to get going on updates, and we couldn't be happier for her.

This escrow was a probate sale which required the LA Court to keep their eye on the entire transaction. Lots of paperwork and 2 court hearings later...we got it done. They take some extra effort, but are generally well worth it. If you or someone you know is thinking about buying a probate sale property, make certain you have an experienced agent on your side. Probate sales can be tough and you need someone to advise you through the process...who understands the process.
