Louisville Title Agency is looking to add a versatile team member to support our escrow department. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can serve as a floater, assisting escrow officers with a variety of responsibilities.
This employee will also conduct transactions in the closing room.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support escrow officers with day-to-day tasks
• Assist with processing and shipping documents
• Help prepare files for closing
• Step in to assist during closings and in the closing room as needed
• Provide general administrative support across the team

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a title company or real estate setting is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment
