I always tell my clients, a showing goes a lot smoother when you know what actually matters going in. It’s easy to get distracted by paint colors, furniture, or small cosmetic details, but the real value is in things like layout, structure, storage, and how the home feels when you’re in it.

I also encourage buyers to stay open-minded. Sometimes the home you didn’t expect to love ends up being the one that fits you best!
