This is one of my favorite questions because there’s so much more to look at than whether you like the kitchen or the paint colors. When we walk through a home, I’m paying attention to things like the layout, natural light, storage, signs of maintenance, how the space functions, and even things that may not be obvious at first glance.

I’m there to help you see the things you may not think to look for and ask the questions that matter before you make a big decision. So yes, look at the pretty kitchen. But let’s look at everything else, too! 💙
