Rawls College of Business Administration, Lee began his career at the Texas Tech University System under the leadership of Chancellor Kent Hance. As Deputy Chief of Staff to the Chancellor, Lee’s responsibilities included directing the Chancellor’s quarterly strategic initiatives, working with members of the TTUS Board of Regents and Vice Chancellors, developing and maintaining community partnerships, and assisting the Chancellor with the completion of the $1 billion Vision and Tradition fundraising campaign. Shortly after enrolling in a graduate real estate course, he knew he had found his passion. Lee went on to win the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association MBA case analysis competition in Dallas, TX. After getting his license, he knew he was ready to pursue a career in real estate full time. Lee’s decision to focus on the residential side of the industry was based on his love of helping others. Having an acute sense of the local market can have its advantages, but Lee knows the fundamentals of being a great realtor are: customer service, loyalty, and integrity.
