We haven’t been as active on here as we should’ve been but that’s changing now!!

There was a lot to repairing and replacing before we got to this point
-rotted joist, removed and replaced
- floor was sagging in some spots with good joist etc from where the house has settled. We were able to level it out as well.
- all plumbing drains and water lines are getting replaced
- new water service from the meter
- installing central Heating & A/C
-Sanding, repairing & refinishing hardwood floors
-Sanding, Repairing/ Replacing, & Paint all Sheetrock and trim
-installing new hardwood flooring
Then this property will be ready for market & tenants!!!
