This home has been built with Smart Home Technology. The S.H. includes cabling structured (high speed data lines throughout) ,security system, central Vac, Surround sound, and Home Automation (Control over light switches, both thermostats, water heater, both furnaces and A/C units, garage doors, sprinkler system, and entertainment system). Now that is just what you can't see in the walls. The home was built with a custom roof line with multiple peaks. It feels a little like a castle, without being too overdone. On the inside, the tower dormer of windows are some of the biggest I have ever seen. Each window is about the size of a sliding glass door. The trim and the 10 foot ceilings are exquisite and has been done throughout the house and not just in the main living areas. The high end builders with this type of trim are over the $900k range. On the first open house, people just could not believe the quality that went into all the trim work. The best area is the master suite. It is an extra large 22x16 area just for the main bedroom and has a two tiered ceiling. It is large enough for King size furniture and a couple of couches. Along with the 4 larger bedrooms, there are two offices that can easily be used as guest rooms. They just lack closets. There is a living room on the main level, and another loft-living room upstairs, that has surround sound and wired for a projector. The Hickory flooring runs from the front Foyer through the Formal Dining room (yes there is a Formal Dining Room; Something that is lacking in the newer build homes) and continues throughout the Kitchen, extra Dining Room and to the Master Bedroom. The HOAs are very low at $200 per year and Irrigation is $100 per year. Redwood park is just a few houses to the North. Events and concerts are held there, and it has a stocked fish pond. Truly is a must see at $425,000
