🏡 September Housing Market Update: Sales Are Picking Up, but Challenges Remain.

U.S. existing-home sales rose 1.5% in September, reaching an annual pace of 3.99 million, according to the National Association of REALTORS®. The median home price climbed to $417,500 (+1.3% year-over-year), while housing inventory increased to 1.6 million homes, giving buyers more options and negotiating power. Despite the monthly improvement, sales remain 2.2% below last year's levels, highlighting a market that continues to evolve.

Eagan is the largest city in Dakota County — 69,000 people, 15 to 20 minutes from both downtowns, and 1,900 acres of Lebanon Hills Regional Park inside the city limits.
