This is why you never give up on finding the right home. ❤️🏡

After a year of searching, the right one finally came along.

This home didn't even begin showings until 5:00 PM today. We scheduled the first appointment we could get, knowing it was going to be a popular one. As buyers came and went, we knew we had to move quickly.

Then came my favorite moment...

As we walked through the house, I heard her little boy look up at his mom and say,

"Mommy... I like this home. Is this our home? I want it to be." 🥹

At that moment, we all knew this was the one.

An offer was written, conversations happened quickly, and by 9:15 PM just over four hours after showings began they were officially UNDER CONTRACT. 🎉

Now this sweet mama and her kids are one step closer to filling this house with bedtime stories, birthday parties, holiday traditions, and all the little moments that turn a house into a home.

And that little boy? I'd say his wish came true. ❤️🔑
