I finally conquered Mount Timpanogos!⛰️🥾💪

On the way to the top I was thinking about the book “The Mountain Is You” by Brianna Wiest, which was one of the books that helped me find my way back to myself.

The idea stayed with me: sometimes the biggest mountain ⛰️standing in our way isn’t somewhere out there.

It’s US.

Our fears. Our pain. Our doubts. The stories we tell ourselves about what we can and cannot do.

So standing on top of Mount Timpanogos today felt incredibly symbolic.

I didn’t just climb a mountain I’ve wanted to climb, I got to stand there and look back at how far I’ve come.

Some mountains take 14.4 miles to conquer.

Others take years. ❤️ Today I’m proud of both⛰️
