Another exciting closing day!!!

Sometimes closing a real estate deal means chasing down a FedEx truck! 😂🚚💨

My out of state buyers had to get their signed paperwork back to Florida in time for closing. They may have been rounding corners on two wheels, but they MADE IT just as the FedEx truck was backing in for the last pick up of the day. 😂🙌🏼 And now they are the proud owners of a Florida home with the beach in their front yard and a pass in the backyard! I'd say the race to the truck was worth it! Looking forward to them getting down here to soak up some Florida sun!
