Despite a challenging market cycle over the past several years, we are proud to have delivered strong returns to our investors as we close our first fund, Marble Partners Fund I.

Our conviction remains strong that disciplined operations, a focus on fixed-rate financing, and a vertically integrated platform are key drivers of long-term performance. The success of Fund I further reinforces our strategy and the strength of our team.

As market conditions continue to improve and signs of recovery emerge, we are optimistic about the opportunities ahead for our subsequent funds, including Fund IV, which we are targeting to launch at the end of 2026.
