Big changes are happening with Zillow + Realtracs starting tomorrow.

Because of a dispute over listing display rules, some listings syndicated through Realtracs may no longer appear on Zillow tomorrow unless brokerages choose to feed them separately.

Important to know:
• Homes are NOT disappearing from the market
• Listings are still visible through Realtracs, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Redfin, brokerage websites, and more
• Some firms (including ours) are still feeding listings to Zillow, so visibility may vary brokerage-to-brokerage while things evolve

This situation is still very fluid and changing quickly, so expect more updates and shifts over the coming days/weeks.

Bottom line: Zillow is not (and really never has been) the complete picture of the Nashville market right now.

If you’re buying or selling and want the most accurate, up-to-date view of inventory, work directly with an agent who has full MLS access + a word-of-mouth network.
