Just Sold - Off Market ✨

We restratigized and took this beauty off the market in the middle of December w plans to rebrand & relist in early March. The day we took it off I received a call from an agent who had some buyers that wanted to see it. Sure enough, they loved it and made an attractive cash offer. We ended up negotiating a higher purchase price, which helped my sellers net an additional $20k. In Middle TN, properties are closing on average at 5% below the list price - we closed at less than 2% below the list price, cash. All in all, it’s funny how things tend to happen when you least expect it.

It's also bittersweet. I know this home will create so many sweet memories for the new buyers just as it did for my wonderful sellers. 🤍
