From states away to officially FLORIDA HOMEOWNERS! 🌴🏡

So happy for this sweet family who found the perfect place to call home, in such a great community and just in time for the holiday season to kick off.

And a little win worth celebrating: we were able to take advantage of some great buyer incentives in our market, including ALL of their closing costs being paid! 👏
